What to write about
These are the messages this desk can actually do something with:
- Corrections. A description of a contract or a product family that no longer matches what the operator publishes, a label used loosely, a link that lands somewhere unexpected. Send the page address and the exact sentence, with a source if you have one.
- Gaps. A question about the binary-versus-digital distinction, or about what the "IQ Option binary options" phrase refers to, that these pages do not answer yet.
- Clarity problems. A passage that reads as ambiguous, or a translation that does not sound natural in your language.
- Editorial questions. Sourcing, method, why a figure is missing, or how this site is funded.
For anything about the site itself — a page that will not load, a broken link, a file that fails to open — [email protected] is the faster address.
What we cannot help with
Strikepoint Editorial is an independent publisher and is not IQ Option. We have no access to the platform's systems, so we cannot open, unlock, verify, fund or close an account, cannot look into a transfer, and cannot pass a message to the operator's staff. If your question is about your own account, the operator's own support is the only route that leads anywhere.
Two more things we will not do, whoever asks. We do not tell anyone what they may or may not trade where they live — that depends on the entity an account is registered with and on the rules set by the reader's own regulator, and it is not a call an editorial desk can make. And we give no trading advice, no signals and no view on whether an instrument suits you.
Please never send a password, a one-time code, an identity document or a card number. We do not need them, we do not want them, and no legitimate request for them will ever come from this address. Any message claiming otherwise is not from us.
What to expect
One editor reads this inbox, so replies are personal rather than instant, and we would rather not promise a response time we cannot keep. Every correction is read. Documented ones are applied to the page and the check date is updated; where a claim cannot be supported against a source we can point at, it is removed rather than softened.
We do not accept guest posts, sponsored placements or link exchanges, and pitches of that kind go unanswered.
